In addition to my Graduation story submitted - I've been struggling with the fear of actually making an offer and felt nervous about pitching my Bitcoin course to real people - even family. I joined the Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) by Live Your Message, and that's when I learnt that chatterbox conversations are just natural dialogue, not pushy sales pitches. I took action by having a full chatterbox conversation with my cousin Bernadette during a family gathering at Mum's place, walking her through all the pivots from origin story to pricing, and ended up with a warm lead who said "not now, but I'm definitely interested" - which planted a seed and proved I can confidently present my offer without being salesy!
What's been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change has been overcoming my fear of making offers. I chatterboxed with at least 10 people, including my cousin Bernadette who was visiting from overseas. When she mentioned needing more cash up her sleeve for the future, I saw the perfect opening and jumped in with "Have you ever thought about Bitcoin?" What started as casual family chat turned into a full chatterbox conversation where I walked her through my Bitcoin Kickstart Mentorship origin story, the 30-day structure, the women-focused safe space approach, and all the pricing tiers. She was genuinely interested and the messaging resonated (especially the anti-crypto-bro angle and Australian tax compliance), but timing was the barrier with big expenses coming up. Though she didn't enrol, she left feeling empowered and excited about the possibility - which means the seed is planted and I've got a warm lead for the future!
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM's coaching and pivoting scripts are giving me the confidence to actually talk about my offer without feeling pushy or salesy. Before EPM, I would have just listened to Bernadette talk about her financial concerns and said nothing. Now, I can spot the opening, lean in with curiosity, and have a natural conversation that serves them - not just "sells" them. Even though she said "not now," I'm thrilled because I practised navigating objections with grace, kept the door open, and she's on my warm leads list. The chatterbox framework taught me that "no for now" isn't rejection - it's just timing and I'll follow up later - to see if she's ready.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Beyond what I wrote in my Graduation story - how EPM transformed me from freelancer to confident 1:1 coach with the skills to create scalable offers instead of trading time for money. The next biggest takeaway chatterboxing and pivots have given me is that making offers doesn't have to feel icky or aggressive - the EPM scripts taught me how to listen for pain points, lean in with genuine curiosity, and present my solution in a way that empowers people - not pressures them. Learning to walk through all the pivots (origin story, emotional breakthrough, pricing tiers, objection handling) in a natural conversation has been game-changing - I'm not afraid to talk about my offers... because I know I'm serving, not selling.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Beyond what I shared in my Graduation story - how my #FOMO2FREEDOM Bitcoin course means I can help Gen X entrepreneurs move from Bitcoin FOMO to confident investing with 1:1 mentorship, plus having the skills to create courses on any topic and build scalable offers aligned with my "remote-loving" lifestyle - practising chatterbox conversations has given me something equally powerful: I can now confidently make offers to anyone who mentions financial stress, retirement worries, or Bitcoin FOMO, whether that's at family gatherings, networking events, or online communities. I've got a framework that works, messaging that resonates (especially with women!), and the confidence to navigate "no for now" responses without taking it personally. I'm building a warm leads list of people who are genuinely interested, and I know when the timing's right, they'll come back. Plus, I can apply this chatterbox skillset to any future client I talk with - about packages - or courses I create!
