I have been rethinking this aspect of my business for over 5 years now and have not properly launched any version. I was feeling frustrated and like I was wasting my time, but also had a deep desire to make a difference to workplace wellbeing, especially in the mission driven sector. I had done in person events with great outcomes but struggled to put all the pieces together for different levels of interaction online. I joined EPM for the third time and realised I was finally ready to hear all the things I had been missing. Each run though EPM had improved the delivery of everything I did but I couldn't focus on " next steps" until now. This time I actually completed all the steps and "let go of my darlings" and ended up with a suite of offers that are spot on for the Education sector. I am absolutley stepping into Forward is Forward. More conversations and openings in the last month than I have had in the past 5 years around this. Thankyou Lucas, thankyou EPM crew.

Stop recreating the wheel - so less design and more implementation for impact
