Honestly, answering the questions about my sales is making me feel disappointed and sad. I had envisioned myself being able to launch my program and start teaching students tomorrow, and that didn't happen. The last month of trying to sell my course has been a roller coaster of emotions. Sometimes feeling hopeful and accomplished and other times feeling disappointed and disheartened. There is a part of me that wishes I would have had more success making sales. With that being said, even though I did not achieve my goal, EPM gave me the resources, information and support to develop a clear path forward for my course and business. Through chatterboxing in particular and trying different marketing strategies, I realized how important it is to me to be more connected with my local professional community. I was able to get out of my comfort zone, connect with others, and promote myself in ways I was not brave enough to do before. The course assignments with the weekly coaching calls, provided me with the support I needed to take more risks than I would have done on my own. Those actions have given me confidence, clarity, hope and excitement for what my business can and will be going forward. I am grateful for that.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
I know the direction I want to head in. Before I knew I needed something different, a new challenge. I thought a course could be it. I now not only know what that course is but what I want in my business overall - the education and support I want to provide, how I want to provide it and what I want my role to be in my community.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I have clarified a passion of mine and had clarity of how I want to show up in my community. I had already known how I wanted to be personally connected in my community, but I now know how I want to be connected professionally as well.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Transformation and connection
