I began my journey into AI in July 2025 with a simple goal. Earn extra income and enjoy the process. I entered the program with over 40 years in sales and experience leading a $215M sales organization. I expected to learn online sales mechanics and supporting technology. I learned something far more important. I learned how to experience the sales process.
I found the EPM framework through Matt Leitz and was introduced to Marissa Murgatroyd and her Experience Product Masterclass. The idea of Experiencifying sales was new to me. It immediately made sense. It reframed how I think about engagement, trust, and momentum in selling.
You do not know what you do not know. This program exposed blind spots I did not realize I had, even after decades in sales.
The EPM team lives the principles they teach. Coach Kanu, Marissa, and the full support team delivered a level of commitment and customer care that exceeded my expectations. They practice what they preach.
This journey was not linear. I work 55 to 60 hours per week in a full-time role. I also value my marriage and family deeply. Progress required discipline and tradeoffs. I invested the time and energy I had available and stayed committed.
My niche focuses on done-for-you services. I do not plan to build an online course. Adapting some lessons and tools to this model took extra effort. The challenge came from my business model, not from the program.
The value I received exceeded the investment. By a wide margin.
My struggles reflect growth, not flaws in EPM. I recommend the program without hesitation.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It is helped get me clear on how to execute. I have sent out DMs to roofers and have spoken with a few, but have not made my first sale yet. However, I am 100% committed and know that the only way that I can fail is to quit. Which I will not do!
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
As I stated in my story, the concept of Experiencifying the sales process.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
Building and scaling a business that will allow me to retire from my career and the grind and focus a portion of that same energy and commitment to my automation business.
