I was struggling with knowing where to start after years in the corporate world. After burnout, I wanted to build my own business, but I felt stuck trying to answer very basic yet critical questions: what should my first offer be, which business model actually made sense for me, how to market and sell it, and which micro-niche within service and digital product design I should focus on.
I joined Experience Product Masterclass looking for guidance, not just inspiration. Through the program, I gained clarity on how to translate 15 years of experience in UX, service design, and learning experience into a focused, experience-based offer. I realized I didn’t need to reinvent myself, I needed direction and a clear path forward.
I took action by defining my first business model, pricing, delivery approach, and launch plan. Most importantly, I built an offer based on my own method, developed over years of working with teams, systems, and real users, instead of forcing myself into a model that didn’t fit who I am or how I work.
I ended up with a clear direction, a grounded offer I truly believe in, and the confidence to step out of the corporate world and begin building my business on my own terms.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change is that I finally created something of my own. After many years working in the corporate world, I designed my own business around what I genuinely love and do best. I moved from offering vague “support” to a clear, defined offer. I no longer feel scattered. I know exactly what I offer, who it’s for, and how I help.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM helped me regain confidence in my professional identity and reconnect my past experience with my present reality as a mother and entrepreneur. I now feel grounded instead of overwhelmed, and clear instead of constantly questioning myself.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
My biggest takeaway is that I don’t need to start from scratch or become someone else to build a successful business. With the right guidance, I can package what I already know into an experience that creates real value, results, and connection, in a way that fits my life and how I work.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
What’s now possible is building a sustainable business on my own terms. I can serve clients deeply using my own method, create meaningful impact through experience-based work, and grow without sacrificing alignment, quality, or my family life.
