I was struggling with one to one coaching and considering giving up my practice. When I discovered gamification and video training I learned that people are willing to engage in this way and they are more likely to complete the course. I have enrolled a few people and I intend to enroll more this week as the course is not scheduled until the 3rd week of February. I found chatterboxing valuable to help reposition. My current clients have asked me if they have to "switch" to the new progam but of course they don't. I intend to do one on one and small group coaching. The small groups are appealing to a little bit younger audience but I feel it will be more fun to have that diversity in my client population.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
How I think about teaching. Instead of giving them more I am trying to focus on the essential. When a client asks for more -of course you can provide it then as they are ready to hear it and incorporate it.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I was thinking of retiring and now I think I'll keep working a few more year.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Make your lessons shorter, focus on the customer and go for done versus perfection.

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
more income and helping more people
