Experience Product Masterclass gave me more clarity in three months than years of working through multiple business and marketing programs combined. I’ve invested in so many marketing and business programs over the years, including with some of the biggest names in the industry. And while I always took something valuable away, I often found myself finishing unsure about how to turn everything into something cohesive, structured, and truly client-ready - and confident that what I created wouldn’t be something my clients started, but didn’t finish.
What was different with Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) was a combination of things: the depth and quality of the content itself, having a coach of my own for direct, personalised feedback, the weekly pod calls, and a program design that made me excited to progress and complete the work.
My coach was supportive, knowledgeable, and willing to push me when I needed it. At different points, he was a sounding board, a mentor, and the person who helped me move through hesitation into action.
Instead of just learning concepts (as is so often the case with courses), I was guided step-by-step to actually build, along with clarity around what mattered, what didn’t, and what needed to come next. There was also a strong emphasis on not doing more than I should be doing for the stage of the journey I was at. Even though I’m still in my pre-revenue phase as I write this, EPM has given me what I’ve needed for a long time: clear direction, practical structure, and the confidence to design an experience for my own clients that genuinely sets them up for success. And I know I’ve only scratched the surface - the modules I haven’t yet dived into already feel like they’ll play a huge role in my future success.
I really wish I’d found EPM earlier, but I’m grateful I found it when I did.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
Finally getting real clarity (about my offer, ICA, and how I will structure my program) after going in circles for 6-12 months.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
As I shared in my main story, although I’m still pre-revenue, EPM has had a significant impact on my confidence and clarity. I now know that what I’m creating is structured, intentional, and designed to support my clients to follow through and succeed. That certainty alone has changed how I show up - I’m no longer second-guessing the foundations, and I’m building with far more focus, momentum, and trust in the process.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Experiencing EPM firsthand cemented for me that well-designed experience products are the future. In a world full of information-heavy courses, it’s the structure, support, and intentional design that actually help people follow through - and that insight has completely changed how I approach building my own work.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
EPM has made it possible for me to build and launch from a place of clarity instead of uncertainty. I now have a framework I trust, a clear client journey, and the confidence to grow this work sustainably, knowing the experience itself is designed to support real progress and follow-through.
