I was struggling to move from one-off therapy sessions to a cohesive program that could truly transform birth trauma, and felt unsure how to structure something this intimate and intense without burning out or undercharging. I joined EPM, and that's when I learned how to design a high-touch, high-ticket container that honors the depth of the work while being operationally sustainable. I took action by creating a complete 12-week framework with structured phases, intentional between-session support, and a premium client experience, and ended up with a profitable signature offer that has become the gold standard for mothers processing difficult births, allowing me to make the impact I envisioned while building a revenue stream from a program I deliver with integrity and confidence.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
There's structure and direction and framework that I can use over and over again

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
It gave me permission to stop apologizing for wanting to make money while making a difference. I get to watch mothers reclaim their bodies while being fully present in my own life. EPM helped me build a business that honors my expertise as much as my heart does.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
I learned that having expertise in your head is completely different from creating a structured experience that lives in someone else's body. EPM gave me the methodology to externalize my internal knowing, turning my somatic intuition into specific sessions, rituals, and touchpoints that don't just teach mothers about safety, but actually create the felt sense of safety in real time. The biggest shift was realizing that structure doesn't constrain the work; it liberates it. Now my clients get the depth of my clinical knowledge packaged into an experiential journey they can actually complete, integrate, and sustain.

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
What's possible now is building a reclamation movement instead of just having a therapy practice. Because I have a structured, experiential program that delivers consistent results, I can now train other somatic practitioners in this methodology, create group cohorts that don't dilute the intimacy, and reach mothers globally who don't have access to specialized birth trauma support in their area. I'm not capped by my own hours anymore. I have a framework from going from 1-1 to 1-many.
