I was struggling with finding individual students to talk with about my product and felt unsure and frustrated. I joined EPM, and that's when I talked with Coach Maria, my fabulous and compassionate coach! We talked about who I knew and what kinds of students would be interested in my product. I realized that I could contact student leaders who were setting their presentation schedule for the Spring 2026 semester. So, instead of trying to contact students directly one at a time, I realized I could contact the student leaders and ask to set up a time to meet with them in person. I drove 2 1/2 hours back to my previous university, and scheduled meetings with 5 student leaders and several faculty over 2 days. I gave them an experience of talking with me and hearing me be excited for them! Then, during the winter break from school, I emailed them all again, and this time they answered! I emailed 16 student leaders at 3 universities. So, I invited them to choose from 3 presentation topics for the spring semester and 8 student groups from 2 universities responded "YES!" So, I now have invitations to make 8 presentations over the next 6 weeks to more than 200 students. During those presentations, I will have information about my experience product and will be able to offer each of them my course. Also, many of these students will be needing my experience product within the next 1-3 years, so, being able to talk with them NOW before they start looking for information that is helpful to them, is going to be very beneficial for them! I also spoke with several college and university faculty about my experience product in November and January. I now have several additional meetings scheduled in February with them to determine their level of interest in having this course for their students.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
I have been open to the feedback that I have received from others as I have let them know about my experience product. In listening to their feedback, they have identified other potential people that might be interested in my experience product, and I have followed up on their suggestions!
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM has given me the practical steps and caring support I needed to get my project out there benefitting my students! I wanted to be sure that I was able to provide this much needed support to my students while I was still on the planet, and EPM has provided exactly that! I am now able to rest easier at night knowing that I am now serving this population of students with excellence!
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
There are students out there who will have tremendous benefit from what I have to offer, and so, I can keep moving forward to serve them!!! That makes my heart sing!!!
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
What's now possible for me is that I can use my unique knowledge and effective approach to serve a much larger audience of determined and compassionate students so that they can realize their dreams!
