I've been coaching for 13 years. I wanted to get my new group program "out there" but I was struggling with talking points and the intake process for a group. I joined EPM with Coach Jack and WoW, what a difference. The process that Marisa has designed seems awkward at first, almost like you're going about it backwards. Then you start to realize that all of the pieces you've already created fit into the puzzle at just the right time and right place. I have used the 5 pivots in conversations and now I know what the next step is all along the way. My first sale is someone that I chatterboxed with over a year ago. This time I knew how to take her through the process with great talking points to make the sale a no brainer for her.

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Urgency. The survey gives me an easy intro step for people and they turn out to be the most interested in my program.
