I felt unsure about how to build my new coaching practice. EPM gave me the tools to build from a foundational level all the way through to marketing and launch. I learned that I can be imperfect and brilliant at the same time. In other words, things not working as I had expected is not a failure, but a learning step along the way to success. Though it's hard to be patient sometimes, I understand many people have had missteps as they begin a new practice. EPM provides solid tools to build a successful practice and give encouragement to keep moving forward. Knowledge is not enough. You have to apply action to knowledge to get results. Marisa is a good example of that! Though I planned to do more 1:1 coaching sessions, I am doing multiple group sessions on other topics other than pain (my core mission). In EPM, we talk about being able to pivot - well, I am a good example of that! I feel as though I might have to pivot my mission and my target audience. It's a learning experience! I welcome where I am being led, because it all helps people heal and makes a better world.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
Deciding on a niche and feeling more confident talking to people about my EFT Practice.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
Very slow. I am leading a series of classes at the local college, with more group EFT sessions planned for the near future. Thought I would be doing more 1:1 sessions, but seems like group session opportunities are popping up more and more.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Coach Matthew was great. Our weekly group sessions were very beneficial. He always had action steps and encouragement for the group. Not just talk, but real, relatable "to do's" to move forward. Learn to really listen and not "sell" coaching. People want transformation. They need to see that I can provide the answer to their problem that they couldn't solve on their own. I provide value, and I need to believe in that!!
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I feel empowered to keep moving forward continuing to develop my coaching, even if it seems hard, and not generating the results I want.
