I was struggling with helping mid-career professionals break career paralysis and reach their transformation into a new career, feeling frustrated that my 1:1 coaching wasn't reaching enough people who needed guidance during their transitions. I joined the Experience Product Masterclass (EPM), and that's when I learned/discovered how to transform my proven decision-making framework into a scalable group program that could serve more clients and provide them a greater depth of transformation than expected. I took action by defining my micro-niche around career transition coaching for professionals aged 35-45 earning $80K-$200K+ who were stuck in fear, comfort, and indecision, and creating a structured 4-week program that combines self-paced course study and group training with individual support. I ended up launching my hybrid group coaching program that helps clients move from uncertainty to confident strategic action, allowing me to serve 10-20 people at a time while maintaining the personalized transformation that makes my coaching effective.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
I now have a three-tiered product opportunity.

It is opening another related revenue stream which will allow me to support more people.

It has provided realization on how I can change my future visions, be more creative and get out of my own way.
