I was struggling with identifying my first experience product and getting it created for my students. I felt very disappointed at not being able to get this transformation to them. I had tried multiple ways already, over the past 2 years, but couldn't seem to make much progress, which was very frustrating! I joined EPM and that's when I found the people who understood what I was trying to accomplish in serving my students, and they provided the coaching support and information and learning structure so that I could get this done! I listened to their expert advice and guidance, emailed my coach at least several times each week, completed all my milestones on time, and ATTENDED EVERY SINGLE TRAINING SESSSION AND CALL. I have now sent out a survey to my students, received their feedback, used that feedback to create my first course, talked with colleagues about my experience product, and met with student leaders to chatterbox about my experience product. I now have more meetings scheduled with key influencers and 8 student presentations scheduled for February and March where I will be able to talk directly with 200+ students. I will be offering my first course to the beta group within the next 6 weeks.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
I have been able to understand the structure needed for my experience product so that I can design something that my students want to have.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM is AMAZING and has moved me forward light years from where I was just 3 months ago!!! I now have a focused direction and know the exact steps I need to take to keep moving forward. And, now I know what I want to do can be done, and done within the next several months, and that is so uplifting!
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Just keep going and putting one foot in front of the other and keep showing up, even if I don't understand something in the moment, or feel overwhelmed, or don't know what to do next. Just do SOMETHING, because, as I heard over and over again, PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. There were multiple times where I felt discouraged and overwhelmed, and I told myself to just keep going, I would email my coach, and I would say "just sleep on it" and "I don't have to know the answers or outcome, just do the next thing," and that's what I did.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I will be able to get this crucial information and results out to my students! They will be able to pursue their dream career because of this and they will be making the world a better place for them and everyone around them!
