I needed inspiration and structure to revisit, revise, and relaunch my coaching program that I created and was coaching to 6 years ago. Prior to joining EPM, I was frustrated with my lack of progress to get this done. For the past seven years, I’ve been juggling care giving and support for two seniors in my family and working and commuting to a full-time job. A friend told me about EPM two years ago and I knew I was going to join the program when I got closer to retirement, and as my other responsibilities started to settle down. Time waits for no one…my other responsibilities have not settled down – at all! I am on the doorstep of retirement, and I need to make a move to get my coaching back on track so I can plan for and be prepared to launch into and enjoy what I do in my next phase. Knowing that I teach best what I need to learn, I took the leap into EPM! Going through the program reignited my excitement about my commitment to doing this worthy work and confirmed for me that I am still committed to my deep desire to fulfill my mission and future self-vision, for myself and others. EPM confirmed for me I’m on the right track and I feel good about not only what I am doing but also the how, of what’s needed to get it done. I had done a number of coaching programs over the years to get my course to where it was. This is the first coaching program I’ve done that not only takes the student through a well thought out program development process, it ALSO focuses on getting to the goal of the sale and provides concrete insight and support for program delivery! I see where I’m going over the next year and a clear path of how I will get there.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
EPM provide a delivery structure – the systems, and support to get up and running in Go -Plus, (when the time comes).
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
I see the road ahead for delivering my program and can focus on getting clients and delivering the program versus figuring out how I will do this.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
The program provides a pathway to success! Even though I have not made a sale yet since I completed the EPM program, I am confident and comfortable that I have the tools to do this and to deliver on the back end.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I have not just the answer to the how to run my coaching business as I move forward, I also see the benefit of the support EPM provides.
