Before joining the course, I was struggling with too many ideas, vagueness in understanding what is the pain I am helping to solve and who is my target audience. The topic of supply chain is very broad and highly conceptual, so bringing it to a business owner’s perspective was a challenge to me. I also felt stuck into my daily routine not having time and space to take my course creation dream through to the implementation phase. I realised that something needs to change for the dream to become a reality. I joined EPM 12 weeks masterclass as I wanted to take the real action towards my purpose. It was not an easy decision, and I had to be figure out how I could fund it, so I am highly motivated to make it a success. It was a challenging intense journey as I had to wake up at 4 am each morning to do my EPM classes and attend 21.00-pod calls. I feel that it is a huge achievement to be able to function in this intense mode along with a full-time job and a full-time mum of young athlete with daily Uber driver duties to the training sessions and activities. To my surprise, I not just survived, but was one of the first ones to graduate. I had many breakthroughs during my journey. The first one was a realisation that I tried to start from the wrong end, trying to design product for mass market. Starting from on to one or one to many models makes a lot of sense and feels more achievable. Secondly, I gained clarity about my entry product, the outcomes its delivers and the target audience itself. Thirdly, I was brave enough to tackle my fears and do uncomfortable tasks like becoming visible, showing up authentically, consistently and confidently. I also learnt how to say “no” to distractions. I would not be able to make so much progress on my own. So, thank you, Marisa for making me to say “Yes” to your offer, for your coaching, for the community of likeminded amazing people and world class coaching from Jack.
