Even though I have been delivering Leadership Training and Coaching for individuals and groups of Executives, I was struggling with productizing my knowledge. Using the EPM structure, coaching, prompts, and milestones, I was able to finally work on an Experience Product that captures my knowledge in a very empowering and motivating way.

What's been the biggest change in your business?
I can see how I will be able to detach myself from the hamster wheel of time x money even more now. I had already started on that journey by offering leadership development in live cohorts, but this will aggregate value and will be perceived as a more comprehensive package.

How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
This is the second time going through EPM. Last time I was not able to finish. This time around, I made sure I crossed the finish line. I am feeling proud that I was able to finish it! And now I have the foundational elements to launch a successful Experience Product!

What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Having the accountability calls, the coaching, and the modules was what kept me moving forward. Even though I implemented most of it towards of the end of the EPM program, I kept my offer in mind throughout all these weeks...jotting down ideas, refining them, having conversations with potential clients.

What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I will be able to leverage my expertise, in the way I deliver it. And I am sure that clients will also perceive my offerings as higher value, helping to differentiate me in the marketplace. I don't know of anyone using microlearning and/or using experience products in my field in an effective way.
