Coaching speech is my passion. After retiring from the educational setting, I still felt that I had more in me to do something with my skills and experience; however, entrepreneurship was never on my radar. I joined EPM because online courses and products appear to be the new currency for helping others achieve a goal outside of classroom or in-person coaching. However, online is a new venue for my instruction.I struggled with fitting my ideas into the EPM formats, but by following the clear step-by-step process and Coach Lucas' prompting and infinite patience, I have moved toward an online business that will allow me to continue to follow my passion.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
My career was within an established structure, human to human, face to face -- now I have to create my own structure through a cyber-vehicle which requires a different mindset.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
No success metrically; however, a vision for the possible
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Learning that creating a business model is similar to the teaching strategy of "backward desisgn" - set the vision, deconstruct the steps to fulfill it
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
It's possible that I will be able to continue to follow my passion of speech coaching but--and this is a major difference -- maybe get better pay
