I always knew I would do Experience Product Masterclass a second time. I just never imagined it would be this year, or under these circumstances.
On the 1st of September, my world stopped. I received the devastating news that my beloved mum had passed away unexpectedly while holidaying in Turkiye. My heart shattered. I felt lost, disoriented, and unsure how to move forward. At that time, I was preparing to launch my online coaching business. Having been certified as a Mind Movies Method Transformational Coach seven months earlier, my Evol2Love website, coaching agreements, and insurance cover were all in place. Everything was aligned. Everything was ready. And then I paused. I did nothing.
I travelled back to Malaysia for her wake services and funeral after her body was repatriated, and I stayed for a month to support my siblings and attend to family matters. In the quiet moments of grief, something within me stirred. I felt a deep calling to honour my mum’s legacy, not through words alone, but through purposeful action. When I returned to Adelaide, I began attending online courses, workshops, webinars, and summits that resonated with me.
When I attended Marisa’s Experience Formula Live Workshop and The Accelerator Course Blueprint, she captivated me. When she introduced EPM, I felt an unmistakable inner knowing. Without hesitation, I signed up. The Kickoff Call commenced on 28 October, even though I already knew I would soon be returning to Malaysia again for my mum’s 100-day prayer ceremony, a deeply significant Chinese tradition to honour the departed soul and allow it to rest in peace. I knew this would affect my progress, but I made a promise to myself. No matter what, I would show up.
From Malaysia, I attended the trainings live despite the two-and-a-half-hour time difference. Marisa’s Monday 7.30am sessions became my 5.00am mornings. The EPM Laser Coachathon at 5.30am became a 3.00am start. Thankfully, my Wisdom Coaching Pod Call remained doable at 9.00am. I moved forward step by step, embracing progress over perfection, focusing on completing the milestones one at a time.
Throughout the journey, I was deeply supported by my awesome Coach Lucas. His thoughtful questions, steady guidance, and ability to refine my message helped me gain clarity I did not realise was possible during such an emotionally demanding season. With his constant encouragement, I kept going.
And I did it!!
What I achieved through EPM went beyond my imagination. This journey reminded me of the values my parents instilled in me. From my late father, patience, persistence, and perseverance. From my mum, kindness, compassion, and a life devoted to service. These values carried me through every challenge.
Today, I stand at Graduation, moving toward Mission Accomplished. I know that chatterboxing is not my natural strength, and I have felt resistance around it. Yet I also know that breakthrough lives on the other side of resistance. With support, intention, and trust in the process, I am ready to lean in and continue.
I am deeply grateful to Marisa and her incredible team of coaches for creating such a supportive and empowering container. More than anything, I hope my story reminds someone else that even in grief, even in uncertainty, it is possible to keep going. With intention, every obstacle can become fuel for transformation.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
The biggest change has been clarity and focus. I now have a well-defined Experience Product, a clear message, and a structured path forward. Instead of holding many ideas, I have one aligned offer that reflects my values, lived experience, and the transformation I am here to support.
How has EPM and your success impacted your life?
EPM helped me rebuild momentum during a season of grief and transition. It strengthened my self-trust, reminded me to honour progress over perfection, and showed me that obstacles can become powerful motivators when guided by intention. I feel more grounded, resilient, and aligned both personally and professionally.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Clarity is created through action. When intention is clear, consistency matters more than perfection. EPM taught me how to keep moving forward even when circumstances are not ideal and how to build something meaningful without abandoning myself in the process.
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I now have the foundation to confidently serve the women I am called to support. My Experience Product allows me to create meaningful impact, grow sustainably, and expand my message with integrity. It has opened the door to deeper conversations, aligned clients, and future opportunities.
