I followed Marisa's advice from Monday's with Marisa yesterday, and followed up with someone who indicated last week that they were interested in taking my course but had not yet signed up or paid.
It was just a quick email to say "I'm sending out invites to the course dates and I didn't see your name on the list. Are you still interested in attending or would the observer option make sense for you?" (I created a second "observer" option so that people could pay less and only get the recordings. This is similar to someone else in my industry, and led to 6 sales for folks who couldn't attend live.)
As a result, I have officially sprinted past my $2500 back! And I have the confidence that I can absolutely repeat this process and do it again!!
