I was struggling with putting together my experience in getting my experience to parents and was the best kept secret in the parenting world. I felt stuck in how to put my knowledge and experience into a cohesive and effective program to share how to build a child's emotional intelligence with parents. Being seen has always been holding me back in my confidence. I learned how to put my knowledge and experience into a highly effective program to help more parents in a way that can get my experience and knowledge out into the world. I've been able to create a structure and organise my ideas better than I've ever been able to due to my ADHD brain. This has been a massive achievement for me and has build my confidence in myself at the same time. The biggest challenge that I've overcome has been making decisions and iterate myself to awesome and letting go of my perfectionist traits by being okay with my paper plane version first time round. So far I've been able to speak up and share my program with friends and offer my program to them. Next will be asking for money from the next program I offer as I needed to do a beta version to prove to myself this can work, which so far it is. This has been the most surprising and valuable thing I've ever done to grow my business and audience to get my skills and knowledge out into the world. It's been a place of massive personal growth and progress more than I've ever done despite all of my ongoing personal growth which has been an ongoing life process.
