" I was struggling with how to bring menopause education into the workplace in a way that was engaging, impactful, and accessible. I wanted to test the market, refine my approach, and see how I could best support women in corporate environments. I joined Experience Product Masterclass, and that’s when I discovered how to create a program that truly resonates with my audience. Through EPM, I gained the tools and structure to develop Hot and Bothered: The Menopause Blueprint, an experience designed to help women navigate menopause with confidence. I took action by launching and testing my program, gathering real-world insights, and refining my approach. While I didn’t take it as far as I initially planned, the experience gave me an incredible foundation and the clarity to shape my next steps with confidence.
