"I was struggling with earning consistent money during those times when I wasn't busy working as a writer/director/actor, and I felt in real need of more income to ensure that I could look after my loved ones, and have the freedom required to do my best creative work without worrying about paying the bills.
I joined EPM, and that’s when I learned exactly how to harness all the experience and expertise I had, and bring it together into a course that I will be able to run alongside my directing, writing, and acting work, hopefully helping many more actors overall than I could ever actually be in a rehearsal room with at any one time!
I signed up for the course, despite being extremely busy with a Christmas tour of London hospitals, cancer centres, and care homes with my theatre company. I knew it would be a challenge to juggle all my different - and equally important - commitments at the same time, but I didn't want to come out the other side of the tour in exactly the same place I was when I began it. Signing up for EPM has ensured that I did not do that.
