I was struggling with how to best package and market my knowledge and experience to help more people via an online program. I felt frustrated and felt like I was missing SOMETHING. EPM has given me new ways of thinking, planning, strategising and communicating about my work. I followed the worksheets and coaches' advice and ended up feeling more confident about how to approach others and get my message out there.
