This product is definitely not what I had in mind when I started EPM. I learned I wasn't ready from a course and pivoted to a one-to-one product. When I started chatterboxing I emailed two different groups of people. When was prior clients who I hoped would be a source of referrals and advice. They did both. Major advice they had was to scale down the product from covering the entire book project planning process to covering the first step. When I talked to people I met socially and to folks that I emailed who might be interested in the product, I got the same ""scale it back"" feedback. That led to another product revision so the coaching package focuses on evaluating a client's idea for a business book. "
