I was struggling to make my existing online workshop an experience where participants could finish it and have more cases of success, and I felt unsure of what structural changes I had to make to achieve this. I joined EPM and that's when I learned/discovered a new perspective on online workshops and was surprised by the entire launch process. Although I had already done 2 launches and 1-1 sales calls, EPM's vision is much more motivating and clearer about what the correct steps are for success. Now I feel more relaxed about how to offer and sell my program, I have more clarity on the steps to follow, and although so far I have only made 2 sales, it is only the beginning of this new way of doing things. I still need to finish adapting my existing online program and turning it into an EXPERIENCE PRODUCT. I am sure I will achieve it.
