I was having a challenge getting my HERitage AI Career Accelerator program off the ground. I wasn’t sure how to structure the program, attract the right audience, and ensure a successful launch. I joined the Experience Product Masterclass and realized the importance of designing an experience product that not only meets the needs of my audience but also excites and engages them from the very beginning. Through the masterclass, I learned how to create a compelling mission, develop a structured MVP launch plan, and implement effective onboarding strategies. I also discovered the power of Chatterboxing to generate interest and convert leads into committed participants.
I applied these new strategies and frameworks, meticulously planning out each component of my program, from live virtual training sessions to personalized coaching and community engagement.
