Your GRADUATION Story
"I had a few major issues. One was having a day job with a roster that made it hard for me to plan any classes into the future. Secondly, I felt like ""I"" was missing in my classes and I just added or changed what ever others needed, forgetting me in the process and what I enjoy doing.
At some stage I believed in my classes but also wanted to give up. It felt that I attracted the wrong kind of people and I didn't know how to change my message to attract the right ones. To be honest I'm still not sure if I nailed that part but we shall find out. I feel clearer as before.
And 3rd I needed some accountability to move me along and ticking off some goals. I tried this part on my own before and I struggled. The ""I do it tomorrow"" phrase become my buddy and stopped me from accomplishing anything. :( Self-doubt and overthinking modus were my daily chitter chatter. And knowing that I created these thoughts and can simply change them made it even more frustrating as I felt stuck.

I've been part of the LYM lab (now Entrepreneur school) for a few months, than joined the LYM Live and thought I'd be fine I can do this. However, I still struggled with the accuntability and course creation. When the opportunity arise to join EPM I was interested as I hoped it would help me to lay that right foundation with an online class that sells and I can build up from there. Not having the money at the moment made it hard, costs of living in Australia went up enormously so I asked my mum if I could borrow some money from her. And she was happy to help. BEST MUM EVER. She deserves all the medals that are out there. :)
I also hoped if I borrow it from her it would give me a good push to make it work and put in the extra effort that I can do this. :)

I promised myself that by the end of this year (2024) I'm going to see a significant change in my sewing business meaning ""not treating it"" like a hobby (spending more than I actually make out of it) to finally making money and being able to contribute to family expenses.
And most importantly making it work as an online class so I can teach from anywhere in the world which will enable me to being there for my mum (living in Germany) if she needs me without having to worry about loosing my job and income. And of course having fun while working. lol
All this still has to be tested and proven that I can do it. But I feel like I'm closer to this goal than before.

The biggest change that has happened during EPM was that I started a new day job that enables me to book my sewing classes in advance making sure I can fullfill them. And having weekends and school holidays off so I don't have to worry about after school care which helps me to spend more time with my family. :)

I have to admit the chatterboxing does not come naturally to me and I was almost afraid of it. But I tweaked and still tweaking my mindset everyday as I know it will work and it will bring me to reach my goal. The other huge part that I'm embracing at the moment is the MVP Mindset. Before, I always tried to create a course that had all the bells and whistles right away and then noticing afterwards that certain items are not ideal or the wrong project. So I'm really trying to embrace that and move along in simple ways.
Mrs Selfdoubt and Miss overthinking are having a holiday at the moment. At times they try to come home early but then they realize how great the remote Island is they are staying at the moment.

I don't have any sales just yet but I know I'll get there because I have the universe on my side. Things will work out just they way they are meant to be. I loved going through all the modules it was so simple. Tiny steps, tiny wins and suddenly you'll find yourself just simply copying and pasting your way to success. My coach was great in helping me find the right wording in the beginning and keeping the overthinking part down and move along.

I'm looking forward to the last few weeks of EPM and will see what it holds for me. "
What's been the biggest change in your business?
A new day job that enables me to actually plan classes in and commit to them.
How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
It gave me structure and helped me shape my message to reach hopefully the right people.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
MVP Mindset and small wins. Credibility boosters. And the chatterbox campaign (30 plus converstions)
What's now possible for you because of your Experience Product?
I feel more confident in myself and my course. Having these little steps in front of me helps me to move along and keep going without falling off or getting sidetracked too much.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
I wished the currency conversion would be better for Australian $ and the timezone would be better so it's easier to attend the classes. I think that extra personal level or care in addition to the recorded content makes the course absolutely amazing. :)
