Your GRADUATION Story
I opened a wee niche food business last year but basically opened up with no real business plan other than my passion for making great food. And even though the feedback I got was fantastic I did not have a marketing strategy. Of course, I worked hard but did not sell much product! I realized that I needed to radically rethink my business and bam, signed up for EPM. I have been on a roller coaster of straight up learning and stretching myself silly! There is so much content to absorb that it will take the rest of the year to consume it.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
YUP I have yet to make a sale but I am not worried. This whole EPM experience has got me onto a completely new business track that has given me a comprehensive roadmap to get where I need to be to fully LAUNCH. And I do have the knowledge, content and expertise to bring it together. So all you EPMers who have not launched know that you have everything you need and all you have to do is take one step forward and believe to iterate your way to AWESOME!

It would be nice to have more peer support while the program is in progress....it was difficult not having someone to talk to in the moment to sort something out. However I do need to give a shout out to Coach Missy! She was keenly attuned to the tempo of the group as a whole and was also able to zero in on how best to support individual people. I totally appreciated her ability to move us forward! Definitely enhanced my experience. Thank you Coach Missy!
