Your GRADUATION Story
I was having challenge to create my woodwork course. I was thinking of recording myself building a project and selling "how to make project x". It didn't know if it was going to work. But it was taking me a lot of time to edit the video and putting it together. I joined Experience Product Masterclass, and learned how to pick a niche, create the framework for an experience product and what to do to market it. I implemented the training as best I could, watched the video training, completed some of the worksheets completed the milestones completed a survey and went chatterboxing. My coach always encourage us to do chatterboxing so I had to get out my comfort zone and start talking to people about what i was up to.

Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
(continue from grad). I set the lauch date before 1 month was left in the course after completing all the milestones. However, i had to go back in and continue to refine my mission statement and my birds eye view and schedule. I thougt about creating a survey and get some feedback from people about my idea. I sent it out to some whatsapp groups and got a few response. It felt good to get some responses from realy people and from the work that I had put in. While that was going on, i chatted with people I knew. I got some feedback that it was a good idea to create the course and that children needs to get more hands activities. Also i got feedback on the price, that my price point was hight. I started to doubt myself and trying to weight the pros and cons of including tools with my price, etc.

Your FIRST SALE Story
(continue from mission accomplish) I was having proble finding people who would take my offer for $197. So based on couple "the prices is high" plus a few "i'll get back to you" i decidde to reduced my price from $197 to $157. I completed my sales page and setup my payment together. I send out my link to some whatsapp group. I got 1 sale. Then i followed up with someone i knew who also took the survey. He signed up after i spoke to him. Boom sale number couple days later. It felt good to get 2 sales within 2 days.

Biggest change is spending time on the things that matters most in the moment. Also now i have a product to work on and refine. It has given me a chance to come up with a plan to create a product Having a deadline for tasks with accountability is very important to move forward with product creation. For sales the chatterbox is important to get the ball rolling for marketing. Its possible to stick with the current workshop course and try to improve it.

The schedule milestone and accountability, and the guarantee coupled with the mvp mindset really got me to push to get to where I am today. I still have to finalize all the module content but here i sales even before i finshed creating the course. I didnt think that was possible for me.
