Your GRADUATION Story
"I have been trying to launch an online training for the last couple of years. I have been training dogs professionally for over 21 years, and have developed a very large amount of in-person training courses that I have been very successful delivering to my small rural community. Taking my training online has been a goal that I knew would set my business on fire and enable me to reach so many more people and dogs.
So, I purchased one platform in the hopes of on-lining my training, but in the end, just couldn't see it working the way I wanted it to work. I was a bit frustrated and kept wondering how I would be able to do this, so spent a lot of time trying to solve that puzzle, but everything seemed daunting. I just became more confused and kept putting it off because I didn't really know how to start. I kept thinking I had to have a super-slick, polished product before I could even begin, and then there was the marketing piece that felt so overwhelming that it made my head spin!
Then, I saw something somewhere on EPM... frankly, I can't even remember how I got the info, just that there was a free webinar, and I thought, ""This sounds just like what I have been waiting and looking for!"" So, I signed up, and wow, am I glad I did! I would still be in an utter confused holding pattern on my online offering if I had not taken that step.
During the webinar, I new right away that this was for me. I did not have the $$ at the time, but was determine to not let that stop me. I put it on my credit card, and quite honestly, I kept thinking, I will just pay off my card with my first online course, and even though I have only soft-launched my course at the time of this writing, I already have 5 students and am quite confident I will way more than pay for EPM by the time I send out my email and EMC campaign in the next few days!
This course has been absolutely awesome! I could not have done this without the amazing information and support I have received over the last 3 months from Marisa, Murray, Coach Mel, Coach Matthew, and the entire EPM team of fantastic folks! Besides helping to realize my dream of an online course, this experience has helped me raise my level of care to my own in-person students, and has helped to narrow down and more definitively define what I have been offering for the last 20 years, which has made the marketing piece quite simplified!
And Ainsley was a fantastic experience too! I had wanted to launch more into the AI world to improve my business, and this helped me get going on something I was a little confused about how to approach. Now, i am using AI for not only writing, but the generation of images and other content that I may not have felt I had the time to conquer.
I also jumped on the Xperiencify deal right away, as I knew this would be the only program that I would want for platforming my courses. My course is already up and it is looking great! I cannot wait to slowly load bits of more polished product after delivering my first MVP and as I iterate my way to awesome!
Right now, I can say that EPM has empowered me to reach out into the world, so that i will be able to help more people and their dogs live a more enlightened and effective life together. I am a believer that dogs are here to serve us, and that they can teach us much about our own selves, as we become better leaders and loving guardians for them. In return, the well-trained dog can serve us in so many ways! This win-win model is how I serve my community and bring about a world in which fewer dogs have to be relegated to shelters, where dogs meet their potentials in service to humankind, and where people grow into a more enlightened version of themselves through learning to communicate, become connected though innate wisdom, and embody calm leadership for dogs.

Your FIRST SALE Story
"I wish I could write something more exciting, but my first sale was almost too easy. I already have many local clients, and when I told them what I was working on, they just asked to sign up, because they wanted to experience my first online version of my training.
That said, I am about to reach out further, beyond my town of Taos with an email campaign and my EMC, and I know this will be a bigger, more interesting story. But, this needs to be turned in now, so there is nothing all that special for me to report here as yet.

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
I made 3 sales right away, just from telling local clients what I was doing.... and they wanted to sign up! I never thought this would happen, as I was focused on just getting clients outside of Taos, which I thought would be much harder, but it is seems I am getting a lot of referrals from local clients to people they know outside of Taos that could use dog training, so I am well poised to make more sales as I release my email campaign this week.
Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
"I now have 5 students (4 local) and have not yet launched my email campaign with my EMC offering, which will happen this week. One student is in Florida, and that happened though a word of mouth referral and then a discovery call. I look forward to having more discovery calls after my email campaign, and I have already platformed a discovery-call scheduler on my landing page for the course on my ZenDogology website.
I have not yet made my EPM investment back, as my offering has a smaller price tag of $347, so my total is now $1735, but I have surpassed 3 students! I have every faith that I will be able to make my entire investment back and more in the next two weeks when my email campaign goes out. This campaign is from hard word-of-mouth referrals from my local clients, so it is a vetted list whom are expecting the emails.
Plus, I am about to platform my EMC, which is a free bonus for some students, but which will also be an evergreen product, so I am excited about its continued possibility as I go forward to expand to other training offerings over time. I feel I am on very solid ground, and have laid a foundation for expanding this business over time.

"The biggest change for me was that EPM taught me to look at my business in the same way I actually approach the service I provide, a concept I never connected... duh! What a fantastic revelation!
EPM gave me the tools and the simplified steps to create my experience product, when I had been struggling with where and how to even start an online educational business. Although I am very tech savvy, I was starting to think I should be leaving this to younger people, as I was truly stuck. However, inside myself, I realize I have so much to give because I am older and have such vast experience. I could not , nor should not let that go to waste!
" "Through the journey of EPM, I have finally been able to realize something I have been trying to do for over two years now. Since I live in a rural community in the mountains of Northern New Mexico, my income has always been limited. By realizing this dream of my online training business, I can see the possibilities of my income increasing exponentially. I have purchased land and have been wanting to build a training center, but was unsure how I would finance it until now.
I am also starting a laser and dog accessory manufacturing business, called ZenDogz Designz. I have successfully manufactured before in my life, having built a couple of quite lucrative wholesale businesses. However, a drunk driver ended my last manufacturing business, as he left me with a traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, and in a wheelchair, unable to work for a few years. During this time, I had to reinvent my life, and during that journey, I became a dog trainer. But, I am now ready to manufacture again, only this time by offering my products directly online. What I have learned in EPM, will directly apply to my new manufacturing business as well, so I now have even greater confidence in moving forward in this business too!
My training business and my manufacturing business are related and directly supportive of each other, so all my dreams are finally coalescing together in an even better way than I ever imagined. This is the first time since the accident and my severe injuries that I know that I will become really successful in my business again, and that is an amazing feeling. EPM has increased my possibilities in business multi-fold! I can't thank Marisa and her great team enough!
" I think the biggest take-away was what I already wrote about the biggest change for my business. But I also would add one big take-away for me was the community aspect and how to manage that effectively in an online offering. Since I live in a small rural place, community is very important but at the same time, community here is quite connected in a natural and organic way due to its relative size. I am not sure I was clear about how that would work in an online offering, but now, after EPM, I am now quite clear. "I live in a small, rural mountain town and although I have many clients and I teach my course in person back-to-back with full rosters all year long, my income is still very limited and I can only reach and help certain people near me. With my Experience Product, I can effectually reach an unlimited number of people, thus making a difference for more people and their dogs, can enable some relief to the shelter system, and can help people and dogs live happier, more fulfilled lives together. At the same time, I will be empowered to grow my business past the meager, limited income I currently make, and can realize the dream of building an exceptional dog training center here in Taos.
Additionally, as the President of Taos Search and Rescue, a 501(c)(3) organization, I am excited to be able to now direct online education for our organization. Our mission is providing search and rescue operations in the vast wilderness areas of our state, when people are lost, missing, or injured in these areas. Through EPM, I will be able to lead an initiative to launch a public service educational program that will enable people to become more aware and ready when entering the wilderness, thus hopefully saving lives.
