I had a lot of pain and frustration as I have structural challenges that are aligned with compliance as well as where I want to be when I deliver this course. Missy pushed me to reorganize and rethink along the lines of the client served (their needs and wants). she made me better and more effective.
an absolute focus on delivering the transformation the client wants. I feel confident to step forward into my future think things through: iterating my way to greatness is better than not reaching greatness. to go forth independently confident I can get this done
