Your GRADUATION Story
For two years, I have been trying to figure out my niche. I have confidence in my coaching and facilitating skills but have floundered around with one idea after another and none that stuck. Until I joined EPM (and worked with Coach Mel in SWY first)-- because I was determined to make an offer and actually launch my services! My goals were the most minimal ones because I wanted to make sure that I reached them this time. My minimum goal was to complete the program and graduate. My challenge was finding enough time to put into the EPM course. I am employed full-time and have a secondary gig that requires daily practice and planning, particularly throughout December. I finished the first module in November and then made basically zero progress until January. At that point, I fully embraced "progress over perfection" - not an easy task for me! - and went full steam ahead on the weekends. And I just completed all the required modules and Personal Milestones today, the last day of the course! So proud of myself! :-)
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I really had no idea how to get a business started. Probably still don't. The idea of launching, actually offering a service for sale, totally intimidated me. What joining EPM did for me was provide a path to take it one small step at a time, so I didn't have to think about the scary big picture of starting a business. And then I accidentally launched my offer! I was having breakfast with a friend, catching up on our lives, and I told her about the group program I was developing, and she immediately responded, "That's exactly what I need!" And she thought of two more people who would benefit from my program. So, that was my Mission Accomplished!
Your FIRST SALE Story
My first sale happened at the same time as my business launch, and it was pretty much by accident. I was having breakfast with a friend, catching up on our lives, and I told her about the group program I was developing. She immediately responded, "That's exactly what I need!" And I had my first sale right then and there. I knew that chatterboxing was the way to engage for potential sales, but I hadn't yet reached that part of the EPM program. I was just chatterboxing without realizing it! And it worked anyway! The EPM Program has provided so many wins for me, and the MVP (minimum viable product) makes it so do-able!
The biggest change is that I have actually started my business and made an actual offer! After 2 years of floundering around, it's coming into reality. EPM provided the framework and support I needed to develop my plan and implement it so that I have an actual program to offer and have made one sale. I feel inspired and capable of so much more now. I can see the steps that come next after this program, and I am excited for how my coaching services will unfold. Progress over Perfection!! And one step at a time. It's now possible for me to believe that I have something of value to offer! Because I do!
Coach Mel is amazing, and I would not have completed the program without her support and the accountability I felt toward her. Coach Mel is the best!
