Your GRADUATION Story
I was having a challenge in coming up with a core product idea, I wasn't sure where to start because building an entire program and business felt overwhelming. I joined EPM and I was reminded that starting small is the way to go. I created a Masterclass that allows me to stay connected to my ideal client until I am able to really hone in on the product to scale. This course felt like a cheat code to building a business and not burning out in the process!!
I feel I have laid the foundation for a really great start to my company. I have learned to make incremental improvements versus trying to tackle everything at once. It has made me braver and oddly more confident even though I was terrified the whole way. Progress over perfection! I don't have to build the plane in the air. I can start small and iterate my way to awesome! I am able to have a core offering for my new business. I am excited to continue to grow my business from here.
I think it would be good to figure people's technical skill levels. This was very frustrating at times because we would spend time on very basic information week over week.
