Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
"I stepped into EPM with a course largely developed in another program, but had yet to launch and I was looking for more confidence in my content and my marketing/launch strategy. EPM's detailed product creation approach gave me validation, through the early milestones that my material was good, but of course could be fine tuned.
The big aha moment was when I live tested consent I thought would be an introduction to an 8-12 week program. I found that folks had value and insight from just these intro-modules: this was an MVP. This clarity and simplicity helped me streamline and complete the course support material with relative ease.
Another pivot was shifting my focus from simply people interested in improving their personal development through emotional fluency to coaches and wellness practitioners who are already in alignment with much of my offering and more likely to invest in themselves.
I was also excited to have an MVP, but also the groundwork for the extended program I originally envisioned.
I stalled a bit in the chatterbox and sales phase while promoting a new live, in person event that was near and dear to my heart, and overlapping with my offering. Upon reflection, as Mel our pod coach pointed out, I was happily chatter boxing and making sales pitches and doing social media outreach -just for another thematically related offering. So I was practicing my EPM skills and got results with a different offering, which is great for me going forward.
And I am using those skill in the background as I take a trip in February and March to Thailand where I will be exploring the material for in-person workshop format events.
So, for the moment, my MVP has yet to earn money, but the learning and experience is giving me confidence and tools in other related entrepreneurial experience product passion projects, that give me the feeling on momentum and thriving.

Detailed insights into course/content creation with a mind to the experiential aspects, that give me clarity and confidence to create and collaborate. I have greater confidence and excitement in myself in my beginning entrepreneurial journey and my niche. My actions taken give me pride and started to prove their worth. The personal connections and sense of community in the EPM journey make me feel supported and optimistic about offering myself and my skills and knowledge to others. The value of the MVP to distill and experiment with the essence of service I want to offer. I now have the experience and confidence to create experience product content in different formats -beyond the expertise that I already had as an event facilitator. I am already stepping into new opportunities and collaborations with valuable new skills and knowing from my EPM experience.
I enjoyed the playfulness and lightness that Marissa and the team bring to their professional expertise. There was always a sense of respect and encouragement shown for us personally to grow and succeed, and this aligns very much with what I value and seek to provide in my offerings.
