Your GRADUATION Story
I am a new business owner with experience in Agile Coaching and Training, I had high hopes of securing a government contract but it fell through to another company. I was disappointed but I didn't want to go back to being an employee, and I made a commitment to myself to stay the path to independent business owner. That is when I discovered gamification as a stream of income. I was having difficulty building my confidence to believe that I could develop a gamification program that people would want to purchase. I initially picked a product that I believed was profitable that I had some experience in but it was not the product that I loved. After one of the EPM coaching sessions with Marisa I became more resolved to follow my passion instead of looking just the sale. I am learning that I can do both, have a profitable product idea that includes what I am passionate about (Agile Coaching). With the help of my coach and the awesome EPM course I was able to realize that I can have a highly respected and profitable business in the Agile Coaching arena. I am trusting that everything will fall in place as long as I follow the EPM method. So far my confidence is building and I know that it is only a matter of time before someone will say yes to my course. I have gotten a few maybes but I am hoping my follow ups will turn in to a conversion story soon. In hind sight I could have been much further ahead if I had not doubted myself. I love the encouragement and with it I was able to press the graduation button and I am hoping to claim my first yes soon! Thank you!
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was having challenges throughout this program because I had never done a program like this before. There was a level of overwhelm of information and opportunities; at one point I really didn't know what I should be doing. It took me several weeks before I understood what was expected. After I decided to do the MVP approach toward graduation a huge weight was lifted and I could focus on an achievable goal. Once I focused on one shiny object everything was easier for me. I am happy to say Yes! I can hit the mission accomplished button with pride!
The biggest change in my business has been my ability to define what my business offers, and be able to approach the right people to market to. The impact is still unfolding. Once I have a few sales and a few iterations I will be able to answer this question more fully. Marisa and what she offers is awesome. The amount of materials and the fact that I can go back a what the videos again and again gives me even more confidence in my business becoming very profitable. creating a business that will last way beyond my life. A legacy that I can be proud of.
I would have like to have built more relationships with others in the program. Since I am not on Facebook and I only used it when required to post, I missed out of knowing and connecting with someone that I could relate to and potentially encourage each other.
