I was able to launch my MVP and start marketing building a pipeline of $300,000 in potential clients for my 1:1 business model.
My business is now able to communicate what we do and who we serve much much better than before. EPM has taught me that it's truly good to follow a process, and the success has positioned my company for an amazing 2024 (looks like it might be our best year since starting the business 5 year ago). My biggest takeaway from EPM is that if you find someone who aligns with you on a gut/spirit level it's good to follow them and their process. Marissa has saved me so much time learning. The topics in EPM were very startup, marketing, and sales driven but the experience and way Marissa delivers content led to more nuanced understanding of the materials. I feel like now it's actually possible for me to see the road to $1,000,000. Marissa has taught me the basics I need to focus on to grow my business consistently. On my business journey I got caught up in so much jargon and theory but forgot the human element which I feel like Marissa gave me back.
I want to add at first I thought EPM was a mistake but as I listened to Marissa telling me to keep going and believe in the process I began to see the light between the lessons. Thank you for such wonderful content. I've probably bought 50+ online courses and this is one I actually finished (MVP) and want to overachieve with (going through Modules 4 and 5 soon)
