Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
"I was having the challenge of having so many ideas that I wanted to coach around and for programs that I wasn’t sure where to start or what to do and it felt like a lot of throwing spaghetti against the walls, never sure which would stick, if any. When I joined EPM, I knew I wanted to coach women but it was pretty vague and broad.
Going through EPM I learned so much and realized that I was making it too big of a deal - I can iterate. I can pick one to start and pivot as needed, which sounds simple and like something we all know but somehow - I was stuck on getting the “perfect” idea, the “right” product and the result is I was stuck, not taking action and I kept thinking it was because I didn’t have the right idea yet. In going through the modules of EPM and just picking the one for “right now” and starting - I started focusing on the one thing and my vision and product got clearer and clearer.
I went from this idea of what I want to do, to actually having something concrete - a Birds Eye view, clear result at the finish line and modules and sessions as a guide to start my program and see what needs to be adjusted. This process got me out of my head and to the point where I was showing up at networking events (that normally I would skip) and talking about what I do, who I help and how. And while no sales yet - I did get some interest and the feedback that the term betrayal is off-putting so now I’m adjusting a bit more to reach back out but with more relatable terminology.
This is a story of accomplishment and success for me on so many levels but to pick as specific few - this is the first course I’ve signed up for to do online that I’ve actually finished - most I lost interest or stop after a few weeks at most. This is also the closest I’ve been in the last 2 years to getting my business off the ground and out in the world as I was in consumption mode and looking for more content to add, more tools to acquire to help potential clients but I was not chatter boxing, not taking action and talking to real people about what I was doing - it was all theoretical in my head as I worked out my program - and thanks to this course, I have an actual course outlined already. I am making some pivots now but I have something concrete to work from - my ideas and intentions in a format that I can use to actually work with clients as opposed to still trying to figure out what that looks like. This has been such an enriching experience for me, so much learning that I had to continue the journey and bounce over to Momentum to stay plugged in.
Thank you ALL for all that you do, for this mission, for how much you pour into helping us, for the amazing staff of coaches (Coach Jennifer Rada!!) and for Marisa for having your vision and business idea and brining it into the world to help so many people - so many of us that have so much to say, and know that we are here for a purpose, that we have a calling to help others in the world - but aren’t sure where to start or how to even begin to get our vision out into the world. You provide that safe place for idea cultivation - so thank you all again!."
It's niched in to a very specific and real problem as opposed to vauge and a bit in the clouds like it was before, helping all women improve their marriage the biggest impact is that I am taking action in my business now my biggest take way is "progress over perfection" as I have heard it a lot but EPM helped me really take it onboard and walk that out I'm no longer in theory and prepping but actually now planning a workshop and my 1:1 program - which I would not have done it this quickly without EPM, I would still be thiking and writing ideas out with no action
