J'avais de la difficulté à organiser mes idées. J'avais plusieurs idées de produits digitaux à vendre et je cherchais une façon de créer un seul produit global, qui serait une communauté de personnes à la retraite à qui j'offrirais mes produits ciblés.
J'ai rejoint EPM et j'ai suivi le processus rigoureusement. À travers les hauts et les bas, j'ai découvert que la gamification est le ciment pour garder la motivation! J'utiliserai sans doute ce concept à l'intérieur de ma communauté. Je suis fière d'avoir traversé toutes les étapes sans abandonner et je me sens enrichie et plus forte relativement à mon projet. J'ai toujours de la difficulté à adapter le processus EPM, de l'idée à la monétisation, à l'élaboration d'une communauté.

I had difficulty organizing my ideas. I had several ideas for digital products to sell and I was looking for a way to create a single overall product, which would be a community of retired people to whom I would offer my targeted digital products.
I joined EPM and followed the process rigorously. Through the ups and downs, I discovered that gamification is the glue to keep the motivation! I will undoubtedly use this concept within my community. I am proud to have gone through all the stages without giving up and I feel enriched and stronger in relation to my project. I still have difficulty scaling the EPM process, from idea to monetization, to building a community.

Putting all the pieces together to have a tangible product to offer and monetize. EPM provided me, with the valuable help of Ainslee, with the concrete tools to launch my project. Ainslee also allowed me to take myself to another level of creativity. A precise and complete process for producing and launching a course. I feel like I will be able to launch as many courses as I want with confidence that I will make sales.
My project is to set up a membership and the connection with the EPM process is not clear to me. I believe this avenue could be developed differently in EPM.
