Your GRADUATION Story
I was overwhelmed trying to do too many things at once. I had two clients in my marketing business and I was spending all of my time on their marketing, but not working on my own business. I have always wanted to start a course and grow my own channels online, and EPM inspired me to get on it. I'm used to making things work together in the background and putting my clients in the spotlight. I learned so much about how to get over my own fears about putting myself and my own business out there. EPM helped me with so many aspects and all the bonuses are so valuable. I was able to focus more on my own business and dial in my offer. Time is always an issue with me, because I spend a lot of time on my current clients and with my family. I know the future will be bright as I keep iterating my way to awesome with what I learned and will continue to learn on EPM.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was on track until the holidays, which are crazy busy with family gatherings. I tried to stay on it, and I went to the laser coaching sessions. I got a short coaching with Marisa, which made me realize my product wasn't the right one, and I needed to pivot. In January I had to catch up and finally finished the last MVP module. I used Ainslee and redid every milestone and submitted it to Coach Jack at the last minute and graduated.
Your FIRST SALE Story
I was late to start chatter-boxing, because I redid my whole offer late in the game to align more with my passion and "superpower". I realized my superpower is working with the tech of marketing and being able to connect all of the parts of a clients marketing together to work at an optimal level. Most clients I have worked with are self-proclaimed to be technically challenged, and that is an area I have always thrived in. It doesn't scare me. What scares me is sales. There are many people in my brokerage who know what I do and I think I will get a ton of new clients through referrals. I learned that I have been afraid to succeed, so I have actually turned business down. What I really needed to do is focus my offer so I am super clear on what it is that I do, how much it costs, etc. EPM was a lifesaver for me. I haven't been this excited about my business since I started it 4 years ago. I am so grateful! I made my first sale the Friday before EPM ended and technically made my $2500+, because this client is working with me for $500/month for 6 months.
The biggest change is recognizing my value and knowing that I can help so many more people if I just focus, dial in my offer and go for it. I wasn't even trying to talk to people about my business before, because my own limiting beliefs were holding me back. I thought I didn't have time to take on more clients, but was just an excuse not to put myself out there. Getting more clarity of how to position myself and the nudge to go forward when it is not perfect was huge for me. Also, seeing all of the other students that were going through the same thing, pretty much, was very helpful. We are all in this together. What an amazing community. My biggest takeaway from EPM is to not put the cart before the horse. Don't spend all your time creating something when you haven't proven the idea. You can test it with paying clients and then keep making it better and better. I had it all backwards before and am understanding the whole MVP concept and changing my ways, little by little. One step at a time gets you there much faster than trying to do it all at once and then quitting due to overwhelm. So grateful for Marisa and all of the EPM team and community. I am no longer afraid to set a goal of $1,000,000 this year and I know it is possible! If anything I will sure have fun trying and getting out of my comfort zone. As a side effect, I have lost 8 pounds so far this year and plan to lose 20 by March 31st. I can attribute that to EPM causing me to reach out to my friend for the bring-a-friend ticket to Live Your Message Live. My friend, Bridgette, is so knowledgable about health and we ended up having a 3-hour conversation that will probably change my health journey for the rest of my life. It has been years since I truly believed I could lose 20 pounds and keep it off, because I know more of the science behind it. My experience product will cause me to talk to people all the time, which will make it possible to share experiences, be inspired, feel fulfilled in helping them and create my own community. The world is my oyster!
This course overdelivered 1000%. Marisa, I want to thank you for doing what you do and being who you are. I believe you are #1 in your field, and I have taken many many courses. I appreciate you and Murray and all of your team so very much. I plan to continue being a student of yours for years to come.
