I've been wanting to revive my side business, but wasn't very clear on who my business serves. I am glad to have joined EPM - the course is jampacked with valuable material and breaks down each step into bite sized actions to prevent overwhelm. The coaching structure provides accountability to encourage progress faster than if I attempted it by myself. I was able to gain clarity on my target audience, niche and mission statement.
Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I've been wanting to build an online course for years, but wasn't sure what it should contain, . I joined EPM, and realised for my MVP offer, I should keep it simple and didn't need to build a course upfront. It opened my mind to thinking of other ways to prove my offer/service, with minimal technology involved, going back to 1:1 to prove and refine my offer first. It provides confidence to have chatterbox conversations. EPM is full of step by step actions and support guiding me towards clarity on how to achieve my bigger business goal.
Mindset and thinking about customer's perspective and painpoints to craft messaging. More fulfilling purpose to my life and confidence to make my business dream achievable. Consistent action = momentum. Confidence and clarity to share my unique message with those who need it, and I can see a pathway to gradually create my business dream as I continue to iterate.
