I wanted to turn my live workshops into a digital product. I've run courses before and the real estate industry is notoriously hard to engage because they are bombarded with so many training courses and products. Intuitively I was already doing a lot of the experience formula, but joining EPM filled in a lot of gaps for me and joined some dots that I didn't see before.

One of the problems I had was getting the sales pitch right online. But I've really trusted the process I learned in EPM and its paid off.

Your PROVED MY IDEA Story
I had already proven my idea through 9 in person workshops. But being able to systematically tick off elements of the experience formula (some I had already) but I have (and still have) some gaps. Its not normally like me to say this but I have enjoyed having a series of steps to kick off. Other courses have always left me wondering or making educated guesses. EPM has by far been the most comprehensive thing I have done... and finished.
Your MADE A WHOLE LOT MORE Story
I'm up to $13 students and $9k. My stretch goal was $10k so I'm nearly there with an email campaign and maybe an EMC to go (25 days of marketing left to go...)
I don't have a big change in my overall business yet, but I am hoping this is the start of being on a track that is way more fun and hopefully more profitable. What I said when I originally submitted: "My mindset right now, probably. I feel more confident I can have a win with this digital product and apply what I have learned to some of our other products". I still feel that way. But I've started feeling nervous as well with the program being over and once again hoping to deliver a great experience to everyone... !! Big three - Mission, Birds Eye View, Future Self. Plus some of the marketing stuff and the experience escalation stuff. Really enjoyed the supercharge track. Anything's possible!
Because I'm working full time in a business I didn't get to a lot of the live sessions or the coaching calls. But the core course content was so good - thank you I really enjoyed it.
