Your GRADUATION Story
I knew nothing about marketing or creating an online course. I didn't know where to begin and was feeling overwhelmed. I signed up for EPM in the fall and soon realized there is a lot that goes into creating an online course. I appreciated the milestones homework which kept me accountable. As I reflect back to the "bird's eye view", I can see how well the course is designed. I enjoyed learning all the steps and strategies, watching the videos and participating in the live Friday classes. For me, this course took a lot more than one hour a week to consume, create and integrate the information. I feel better knowing that I now have a solid format to follow for future course ideas. I didn't like the timing of the course during the holidays. For me, it was too much of a distraction then along with the break, I just lost momentum and came to accept that I would complete the modules but wouldn't hit mission accomplished. I will keep this in mind for future courses I sign up for. As the course moved along quickly, the coaching sessions and material started to feel over my head in terms of my marketing knowledge and I realized for me I needed to slow things down. It was confusing being in a course with varying levels of marketing and business levels. As a complete newbie to this skill, I would have preferred to be with other beginning entrepreneurs who were learning at the same pace. All in all, I did enjoy the course, learned so much and I really hope to go all the way with my course idea in the near future. I am happy that I completed all my milestones and graduated.
I see a future. It has helped me develop a strategy and plan to provide content to my audience, getting me excited about the possibilities for my future self. progress over perfection, chatterboxing is key I have something of value to offer to my audience
