Despite my Type 1 Diabetes, these practices have kept me biologically 20 years younger - a testament, perhaps, to their worth.
However, I hit a snag. Despite my extensive training, I was stuck in a cycle of perpetual learning, unsure how to transition into practice. I had the knowledge but lacked a clear product and message to share with the world. I didn’t know what I was truly offering to my audience.
