Your MISSION ACCOMPLISHED Story
I was having the challenge of finding new coaching clients, I wasn’t sure what else I should do after spending thousands of dollars on lots of courses for funnels, email campaigns, coach business building, sales and marketing.....all without one additional sale. As I was searching for what next, I decided to create evergreen courses as a lead funnel to my coaching. I joined EPM as I believed in the gamification of my courses to be a differentiator. However, going through EPM, Marisa's logical approach and her process to create a paper plane version of a course first completely changed my focus. The plan now is to work with clients directly 1:1 to gain feedback and iterate the content to meet the needs of the market. The process was amazing and in 2 years previous to EPM, I have not been able to pull together a program that was this well thought out and structured. Even though I have yet to make a sale, I have every confidence in the process and know that I need to continue to iterate and build a paper plane version that will fly before being able to create the final evergreen courses. I will continue to focus on chatterboxing until I do have my beta program launched OR will make a pivot (or several) to get to a program that the market is looking for. This is hands down the best investment I have made in my business. The biggest change has been to completely focus on a different strategy in how I go to market with my coaching business and discover the needs the needs of my potential clients. EPM has given me the framework and motivation to elevate myself and my offering in 2024. My biggest takeaway is to iterate my way to awesome through experimenting and engaging with my potential client to ensure I deliver against their needs and speak their language. A different mind set on my approach as well as the framework and tools has created a better chance for my business to grow this year. The possibility that it doesn't have to be perfect and that I can have fun iterating along the way with my clients.
