Your GRADUATION Story
In the midst of a hectic corporate environment, working 10-11 hours a day, I began recently to contemplate how to change my future by taking advantage of my extensive experience in nursing leadership. I am looking to break free of the corporate grind. As I began to think about my unique approach to leadership which has given me such success, the question became, 'how do I position a coaching program to leverage me into something more meaningful'? I mentor in my current work and it is greatly appreciated. The thought of launching my own business was fraught with uncertainty regarding how to get started and how to structure a program that would be beneficial to other leaders. Then came EPM! What a blessing to have a step-by-step approach given and a coach to bounce things off of. Navigating through the program, module and session then applying it to build a framework and cohesive product was inspiring, confidence-building, and exciting. I can't wait to see where this leads. I'm raising a glass to creating my future where I have replaced my income and more with a business that brings me joy and fulfillment.
What's been the biggest change in your business?
I have a solid roll-out plan to get to where I want to be.
How's EPM and your success impacted your life?
Without EPM and would still be in the 'how do I do this' phase.
What's your biggest takeaway from EPM?
Break it down, down, down and only swallow that little bit at a time.
