"I was having this challenge where I realised that every year there are anxious and frustrated parents who reach out for help because their child is not coping socially, emotionally and academically during the transiyion stage, and they themselves do not have the requisite skills to help them.
I wasn't sure what to do but I felt that I needed to do something to help a larger population. I explored several programmes. masterclasses, tried out free versions like the Crash Your Course Idea Free 5-Day Challenge which was transformational and spearheaded my interest in other of Marisa's course offerings.
At last I joined the Experience Product Masterclass and boom! just what the doctor ordered. I completed all the compulsory modules 1-3 and the required actions, iterated my way to an awesome finish by producing ""The Successful Student: A Blueprint To Help Kids Have A Healthy Transition To Secondary School"" while realising and practising #progressoverperfection. The journey to graduation was rough but enjoyable because you made sure that the milestones and actions were completed. Chatterboxing was started but was kept to a minimum because of the time frame.
Joining the facebook group was really supportive as sometimes those who were ahead encouraged me to push harder while seeing others behind, was an encouragement not to lag.Words from Marisa like ""You are not behind, you are where you are"" and ""the only way to stop being stuck is to take action"" proved very useful. I learnt about course creation techniques under the guidance of Marisa, coach Jennifer and all the technical stuff that I would normally avoid was laid out in bite sized components during #GIDFs with coaches Mathew & Emily.
I already spoke to one mother and though she embraces the content, she indicated that she would not be able to purchase a sale at this time but would consider instalments. However she is keen on being one of my beta customers when I host my free webinars next month . Chatterboxing will definitely continue so that I can transform conversations into customers
