For the past 30 years I have done and continue to do many different complicated training programs for other organizations. Usually, I would create and/or learn them the week before I presented them. This is time consuming, stressful, and often done for only a one time opportunity. I would then only get paid about 10% of what might be taken in. Although I enjoied this and felt blessed for the opportunities, I also knew there had to be a better way. Over the years I created hundreds of training programs and ancillary materials and written several books for other organizations. What I was missing is a platform for me and my training, the knowledge needed to sell and market, and a plan for success. After this program I feel much better equipped to make programs successful and profitable as well as the process less stressful and confusing. Now I just need to set up my ton of courses and follow the plan. Rinse and repeat.
