I was having the challenge of finding the time and staying focused on the various components of the program. I wasn't sure what to do to find time to focus. I joined EPM and I learned to manage my time and focus on each module video and worksheet to guide my focus. I found 30 minutes each day to focus on the sessions and I have created a program that I am proud of and I can see myself growing it. It is my goal to provide a certification to women who wish to offer self-care coaching or a course. I was having a hard time putting together my self-care program, I wasn't sure what to do to start, nor did I know the best way to put everything together for my signature program. I joined EPM and learned the steps to truly understand what I was creating. I learned to define my niche, how to set the price, how to name it, and how to set the modules up. I did not know the steps to discuss with prospective clients or organizations the program and how to approach the discussion of price. I was able to discuss the program with an organization and offer them one topic from the program with the option to provide the remaining parts of the program. I was having the challenge of discussing the sale of any workshop I offered. I also found it a challenge to set my prices. I still have work to do on myself, but at least I'm no longer lost. I joined EPM and discovered a step-by-step process and I learned what to not do. I have sold one workshop out of my program with the option to offer the full program to an organization with around 40 employees. I sold a lot more, but I know I still need to work on myself when it comes to discussing pricing. I believe The biggest change is that I have a signature program to offer. I understand what is needed in a sales page, what to say and not say during a sales call. I am less confused and have more clarity. I can see how I can design future programs.The biggest takeaway is experiencing ways that I can created a better course and be intentional about what is in my content by looking at the benefits to the client. I also learn the importance of keeping the clients seeing the wins and their progress.I can now offer the program to organizations and individuals and, eventually, create a certification program based on which individuals can become certified to offer the program. I can also offer an upsell to organizations that they enroll at least two employees who will be the trainer at their site to address any self-care needs of employees.
