I was having a challenge positioning my Management Consulting skill as a service where I would move away from charging rate per hour, I wasn’t sure how to start and where to start. I joined the EPM and I learnt how critical it is to have clarity on Who my client is, How to structure the offer and craft features and benefits in a way that is appealing to my potential clients. I watched all the MVP track modules, completed all the worksheets, submitted all the milestones despite the curve balls that life threw at me and I now know how to position my skill as a service, how to price it, how to market and sell it.
