The biggest challenge was underestimating the time needed in getting things done- especially in thinking I would be ready at the start of Jan following the holidays. The date to start my 12 Week Success Leadership Coaching Programme- Heart of Successful Leadership has now been set for 9th March. I'm at the stage of marketing the product. This will certainly take me out of my comfort zone, as I've always had learners handed to me for more than a decade now.As a business owner second time around I understand the importance of marketing. Tuning into the bonuses has helped hugely.
